Job Summary: Professional responsible for construction supervision and project management, ensuring faithful execution according to design plans and regulatory standards, with coordination among teams and suppliers. Proactivity and attention to technical details **Main Responsibilities** * Construction Supervision: technical site visits, on-site execution verification, and inspection of delivered finishes; * Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and installation drawings and ensure execution fidelity to the design, compliance with regulations and construction details, and identification of conflicts; * Technical Detailing: preparation of shop drawings when required; * Supplier Coordination: on-site supplier follow-up, solution evaluation, and request for quotations when necessary; * Technical Reporting: preparation of photographic reports, meeting minutes, and formal communications via e\-mail. * Preparation of presentations, meeting minutes, reports, and formal communications via e\-mail * Support internal teams; **Technical and Behavioral Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. * Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory), proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Experience: Prior internship or work experience in architecture firms, construction companies, or project management firms. * Profile: Proactive, organized, with strong communication skills and attention to technical details and finishes. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience reading complementary drawings (electrical/plumbing). * **Experience supervising construction projects;** * Resilience to handle the dynamic environment and pressure of construction sites.
