Job Summary: An architect professional to monitor, develop, evaluate, and validate projects, ensuring compliance and standardization while acting as the technical liaison. Key Highlights: 1. Act as the technical liaison and supervise project-construction coordination The company is seeking an Architect professional in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Monitor, assist in developing, evaluate, review, and validate architectural projects for new units. Provide support and guidance to contracted architects, controlling deadlines, adjustments, and deliverables. Ensure compliance with franchise standards, technical regulations, and legal requirements. Act as the technical liaison between the franchisor, franchisees, shopping centers, and partners. Conduct technical alignment meetings and supervise project-construction coordination. Participate in technical inspections and validation phases prior to unit inaugurations. Contribute to layout studies and architectural feasibility assessments for new locations. Facilitate network standardization through the application and updating of technical manuals.
