. **Responsibilities and Assignments** * Ensure the efficiency and continuous improvement of the Development Team by mapping and implementing improvements in development processes; * Collaborate in analyzing and documenting customer business needs, proposing solutions that best meet the identified requirements; * Maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives; * Support the Development Team in removing impediments, fostering a productive and collaborative environment; * Facilitate team self\-organization by suggesting techniques and guiding agile practices; * Conduct agile ceremonies and rituals according to the adopted framework (Scrum and/or Kanban); * Participate in the Discovery process, supporting the definition and refinement of solutions; * Promote the application of Scrum and Kanban best practices, ensuring adherence to the methodology. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any undergraduate degree complemented by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master’s, or doctoral degree) in Information Technology with a minimum duration of 360 hours; * Proven experience in the technology field as documented in the CTPS; * PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I) certification; * Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban; * Experience working as a Scrum Master; * Experience in product Discovery processes; * Knowledge of backlog management and prioritization; * Hands\-on experience facilitating agile ceremonies and removing impediments.
