Job Summary: 3D Printer Operator responsible for manufacturing technical parts, prototypes, and components, including preparation, configuration, and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Support in improving 3D printing processes We are seeking a 3D Printer Operator to manufacture technical parts, prototypes, and components used in scenography projects and product development. The professional will be responsible for preparing files, configuring and operating printers, monitoring prints, and controlling the quality of produced parts. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare 3D models for printing using slicing software * Operate FDM/FFF 3D printers * Configure printing parameters according to material and part type * Monitor prints and identify potential failures * Perform equipment testing and calibration * Replace and manage filaments * Visually and dimensionally inspect produced parts * Perform basic finishing, support removal, and part cleaning * Conduct basic and preventive equipment maintenance * Support optimization of 3D printing parameters and processes Requirements: * Completed or ongoing Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Automation, Mechanical Manufacturing, Product Design, or related fields * Experience with FDM/FFF 3D printers * Knowledge of slicing software * Familiarity with PLA, PETG, and ABS materials * Basic understanding of STL, STEP, and OBJ file formats * Knowledge of 3D printer calibration * Proficiency in computer use and technical software Desirable Skills: * OrcaSlicer * Bambu Studio * Cura * Blender * Support, infill, and layer thickness configuration * Temperature, retraction, speed, and flow adjustments * Preventive maintenance and failure diagnostics **Advantages:** Experience with large-volume parts, prototyping, product development, scenography, and technical filaments.
