Teamwork and customer service * **Job Description:** We are looking for a salesperson to join our team at a multi-brand store located in Setor Marista. We seek a communicative, proactive individual focused on results, who enjoys working with targets and serving the public. **Responsibilities:** \- In-person and online customer service \- Store organization and restocking of merchandise \- Assistance in window display setup \- Sales closing and after-sales support \- Achievement of individual targets **Requirements:** \- Prior sales experience is a plus \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills \- Flexible availability **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 10:40 AM to 7:00 PM Saturdays: 9:40 AM to 6:00 PM Sundays and holidays (rotating shifts): 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM **We Offer:** \- Fixed salary \+ commissions \- Benefits \- Growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.900,00 \- R$5\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
