System maintenance and monitoring **About the position:** **Main responsibilities:** * Responsible for planning and gathering information from users to implement data processing solutions. Develops solutions based on information collection analysis, studying workflows, resource requirements, proposing routine changes, and preparing proposals. Implements and maintains solutions while ensuring efficiency, rationality, and resolution of technical issues. * Requirements gathering, analysis, specification, system design, programming, testing, acceptance, implementation, and monitoring of systems requested by users. * Provides technical support to users when escalated. * Performs maintenance of solutions, maintaining interface with suppliers when necessary. * Seeks effectiveness and improved efficiency in the use of proposed solutions by users. * Provides and develops training or updates for internal customers. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role or a similar IT position. * Completed undergraduate degree. * Technical English. * ITIL Foundation certification. **Work location:** Itapevi – SP **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Salary:** Based on candidate expectations. **Benefits:** * Medical and dental assistance * Pharmacy network agreement * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * On-site cafeteria * Meal voucher * Childcare assistance * Parking * Profit-sharing program Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree
