We have offices in São Paulo and Chicago (USA), but our operations are fully remote—we prefer to call it *anywhere office*. **WHAT WILL THIS PROFESSIONAL DO?** * Lead the **evolution of application architecture toward the Hexagonal Architecture model (Ports & Adapters)**. * Define **architectural standards, development best practices, and domain organization**. * Support **preparing architecture for cloud environments**, with focus on **AWS**. * Serve as **technical reference for squads**, contributing to raising the technical level of teams. * Lead and guide **structural system refactoring**. * Work closely with development teams to **disseminate technical and architectural standards**. * Define the **initial architecture standard**, ensuring it can be **scaled across different squads**. **WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?** * Strong experience in **software architecture**. * Practical experience with **Hexagonal Architecture (Ports & Adapters)**. * Experience with **API design and domain modeling**. * Experience leading **structural system refactoring**. * Experience with **cloud platforms**, preferably **AWS**. * Experience with **distributed and scalable systems**. **WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS?** * Experience with **AI tools applied to development**, such as **Copilot**. * Experience in **technical mentoring or architectural leadership within squads**. **PROCESS STEPS:** * Application * Cultural fit interview * Technical interview + Live coding * Client interview * Hiring
