Results-oriented mindset and interest in the commercial area We are looking for a responsible, dedicated, and committed professional to work as a receptionist, with a focus on customer service, reception organization, and strategic support in pre-sales and service sales. **Working Hours** * 30 hours per week * Monday to Saturday: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM * Sundays and holidays: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (scheduled Sunday or holiday) * One fixed day off per week **Compensation and Benefits** * Fixed salary: R$ 1.300,00 * Transportation allowance * Health insurance (Amil) after probation period **Main Responsibilities** * Customer service via WhatsApp, phone, and in person * Proactive contact with leads and patients * Prospecting new leads * Receiving and directing customers * Organizing the reception schedule and routines * Supporting presentation and closing of service and product sales * Basic administrative support **Desired Profile** * Strong communication skills and ease in public interaction * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility * Proactivity and results orientation * Interest in the commercial/sales field **Preferred Experience** * Experience handling leads and commercial customer service * Customer contact via phone and messaging * Basic knowledge of Excel and Word * Experience in public-facing roles * CRM knowledge is a plus Compensation: starting from R$1.300,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Are you available during these working hours? * Do you have basic knowledge of Excel and Word? * Do you have CRM knowledge?
