Requirements: **Senior Scrum Master** If you are a **Senior Scrum Master**, passionate about business and technology, this opportunity is for you! ✨ * Senior professional with solid experience in project management and agile team leadership, acting as the focal point for coordinating technology and business strategic initiatives. * Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling end-to-end initiatives, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality; additionally, promoting a consistent communication plan, reporting, and providing visibility to various stakeholders—including executive leadership and the SQUAD team. * Ensure implementation of the Scrum framework and agile practices to maximize value delivery, collaborating with the Product Owner on backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and sprint tracking. * Systemic mindset and strong analytical capability grounded in metrics, using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, EasyBI, Power Designer, etc. * Influential professional with exceptional communication, negotiation, and expectation management skills across hierarchical levels, supporting decision-making and portfolio initiative prioritization. **Hard Skills:** * Knowledge of agile methods and frameworks: + Scrum (roles, events, artifacts, metrics) + Kanban (workflow, WIP, lead time, throughput) * Project Management: + Planning, monitoring, and control of projects (scope, schedule, cost, quality) Risk, issue, and dependency management + Development and monitoring of schedules (e.g., MS Project, Planner or equivalent) + Familiarity with PMBOK/PMI or equivalent best practices * Management and collaboration tools + ALM/backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally or equivalent) + Collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Wiki, Miro, MS Teams) + Advanced Office / O365 suite, especially Excel/PowerPoint for reporting and metrics * Metrics and KPIs + Agile metrics (velocity, lead time, cycle time, throughput, burndown/burnup) + Project metrics (WBS, completion rate, earned value – desirable) + Ability to design executive dashboards and reports * General knowledge + Experience with IT and project governance processes (committees, approval ceremonies, audits) + Basic understanding of distributed systems architecture and integrations (APIs, messaging, etc.) – conceptual level + Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC, CI/CD, testing, releases) * Certifications (desirable, not mandatory): + PSM I/II, CSM or equivalent Scrum certification + PMI-ACP, PMP or other project management certification + Certifications in scaled agile methods (SAFe, LeSS, etc.) are a plus **Work Model:** Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office. **Location:** Downtown São Paulo Benefits What you’ll find here: * Partnership club * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Childcare assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Flexible benefits (you choose benefits according to your needs). * At Evertec, we value diversity and understand that what truly adds value is varied ideas and perspectives.
