




Job Summary: Assists in the pre-preparation and preparation of menu items, cleaning equipment, and setting up food, under supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in preparing hot dishes, meats, and special diets 2. Cleaning of equipment and utensils 3. Setting up and restocking food and beverages Assist in the pre-preparation and preparation of menu items under the guidance of your immediate supervisor to fulfill one stage of the production process, such as: pre-preparing hot dishes, meats, and special diets; cleaning equipment, utensils, and areas; preparing salads; collecting and identifying food samples; setting up, distributing, and restocking food, beverages, and utensils; ensuring final product presentation. 1. Pre-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2. Pre-prepare salads. 3. Pre-prepare desserts. 4. Assist in setting up and restocking food. 5. Clean and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6. Set up, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7. Clean utensils, equipment, and areas. 8. Collect and identify food samples. 9. Receive meal vouchers (when scheduled for this activity and under supervision of your immediate supervisor). 10. Perform related tasks. 11. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply standards, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System.
