Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Pattern Maker with strong technical expertise and sensitivity to garment drape to develop and adjust swimwear patterns. Key Highlights: 1. Garment fitting and adjustment to correct defects We are a **swimwear company**, and we are looking for **a Pattern Maker** to join our team. We seek someone with refined technical insight, sensitivity to garment drape, and experience in pattern making—especially for swimwear. **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** Interpretation and Creation: Analyze sketches, technical drawings, or physical samples to develop base patterns; Pattern Making (Manual and Digital): Create patterns using flat-pattern techniques, with proficiency in Audaces software; Grading: Scale sizes (e.g., P, M, G, GG) while maintaining proportion and drape of the prototype garment; Fittings and Prototype Garments: Conduct fittings on mannequins or fit models and adjust patterns to correct defects. **Requirements:** Proficiency in Audaces software; Prior experience in garment manufacturing or ateliers; Degree in Fashion Design or technical courses in pattern making; English proficiency preferred (especially reading). Employment type: CLT, 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Work format: On-site (Menino Deus neighborhood / POA). Salary negotiable + Transportation Allowance + Bonus.
