




Job Summary: Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation stages, assembly, sanitation and identification of samples, following supervisory instructions. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items under the supervision of your immediate supervisor, aiming to fulfill one stage of the production process; assist in assembly, sanitize and prepare leafy greens, collect and identify food samples, and receive meal vouchers. 1\. Pre\-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2\. Pre\-prepare salads. 3\. Pre\-prepare desserts. 4\. Assist in assembling and restocking food items. 5\. Sanitize and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6\. Assemble, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and areas. 8\. Collect and identify food samples. 9\. Receive meal vouchers (when scheduled for this activity and under the supervision of your immediate supervisor). 10\. Perform related tasks. 11\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply the standards, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System.
