Relevant work experience Assist in pre\-preparing and preparing menu items under the guidance of your immediate supervisor, aiming to fulfill one stage of the production process; assist in food assembly; sanitize and prepare leafy greens; collect and identify food samples; and receive meal vouchers. 1\. Pre\-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2\. Pre\-prepare salads. 3\. Pre\-prepare desserts. 4\. Assist in food assembly and restocking. 5\. Sanitize and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6\. Assemble, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and areas. 8\. Collect and identify food samples. 9\. Receive meal vouchers (when assigned to this task and under supervision of your immediate supervisor). 10\. Perform related tasks. 11\.
