Proactive engagement, anticipating risks and opportunities **Job \| Senior Scrum Master (Hospital Experience)** -------------------------------------------------------- ### **What We’re Looking For?** We seek a Senior Scrum Master with proven experience in hospital or healthcare environments, capable of acting as an agile transformation agent—ensuring process fluidity, high cross-functional collaboration, and continuous value delivery in critical, regulated, and highly complex environments. This professional will play a strategic role in the team’s agile maturity, going beyond facilitation to include leadership coaching, dependency management, and stakeholder relationship management. ### **️ Key Responsibilities:** * Identify needs and implement practical solutions to foster an agile mindset, removing impediments and ensuring team focus on objectives; * Serve as a senior facilitator of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, and hybrids), adapting practices to the hospital context; * Plan, facilitate, and conduct agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Review, Retrospective); * Foster effective communication, transparency, and collaboration among team members and related departments; * Actively support conflict resolution, promoting a safe and productive environment; * Facilitate integration between team deliverables and dependencies with other teams and vendors; * Serve as an agile coach for both the team and leadership, supporting evolution toward self-managing teams; * Support the Product Owner in building and prioritizing a value-oriented backlog aligned with business and patient needs; * Deliver agile methodology training and capacity-building sessions for supported teams; * Monitor and analyze agile metrics (KPIs, flow metrics, predictability, quality); * Produce structured status reports for clients and stakeholders, with executive-level insights and emphasis on delivered value; * Engage proactively, anticipating risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement; * Support agile governance in regulated environments, ensuring adherence to processes, compliance, and best practices. ### **✅ Requirements:** * Solid Senior-level Scrum Master experience; * Proven experience in hospital projects or the healthcare sector (mandatory); * Experience in critical and regulated environments with multiple stakeholders; * Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile practices; * Experience facilitating multidisciplinary teams; * Ability to serve as an agile facilitator, mentor, and coach; * Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative skills; * Experience with agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar); * Ability to engage effectively with operational and executive-level stakeholders. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent); * Experience in technology innovation projects; * Exposure to DevOps and continuous integration; * Experience with data, AI, or digital health solutions; * Prior involvement in organizational agile transformations. ### **Work Location:** Remote – Brazil ### **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic, challenging environment where you can work on high-impact projects, interact with diverse technologies, and actively contribute to solutions that deliver real value to business and society.
