Development of skills in organization and customer service **YOUNG APPRENTICE (SHELF STOCKER)** **Job Description:** Responsible for checking and segregating products by expiration dates; front-facing shelves; updating prices and gondola labels; restocking and replenishing products as needed; arranging counters, cash registers, and sales floor areas—ensuring the store remains fully stocked and organized at all times. Assist with and perform merchandise receiving at the store: unloading goods, distributing, and organizing storage. Ensure store and department cleanliness, maintaining a clean environment for staff and customers. Pay attention to personal appearance, conduct, and language, aiming to adhere to the Company's \*established standards\*. Follow visual merchandising displays and standards according to the planogram and campaign manuals provided by the Company. Participate in training programs to acquire product knowledge, applications, and techniques for excellence in selling perfumery and dermocosmetic items.
