The group consists of two educational divisions: * An established company since 2012, specializing in professional training courses in technology and project areas * A unit focused on practical training in the automotive field Location: São Bernardo – Campinas/SP Salary: R$ 2\.300,00 Benefits: Transportation allowance Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Working hours: * Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM * Friday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Requirements: * Minimum age of 18 years * Completed high school education * Experience in sales or customer service * Proficiency in telephone communication Responsibilities: * Contact leads by phone and WhatsApp * Understand the client's objective * Present courses clearly and concisely * Direct the client to the appropriate school * Invite for an in-person visit * Conduct follow-up * Support enrollment closure Compensation: R$2\.299,00 \- R$2\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Selection questions: * Do you have experience in sales and lead generation? * Do you have easy access to São Bernardo – Campinas/SP?
