Description: We are seeking a Training Instructor to conduct courses and training programs within our company. The professional will be responsible for developing and delivering training content aligned with the company’s and employees’ needs. Responsibilities: * Plan and develop training materials. * Deliver in-person and/or online courses and training sessions. * Evaluate participants’ performance and adjust training programs as needed. * Monitor employees’ progress following training sessions. Requirements: * Prior experience as a Training Instructor or in related fields. * Currently pursuing a degree in Pedagogy, Languages, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Knowledge of teaching methodologies and pedagogy. Schedule: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Friday)
