Job Summary: The Caramuru Trainee Program aims to train new leaders to work across various industrial units and lead their teams. Key Highlights: 1. Training of new leaders 2. Work across different industrial units **Caramuru**, the leading Brazilian company in processing soybean, corn, sunflower, and canola, specializes in grain industrialization, oil extraction and refining, soybean grain exportation, soybean meal, oil, lecithin, soy protein concentrate (SPC), as well as biodiesel and refined glycerin production. The Trainee Program aims to develop new leaders capable of working across various industrial units and caring for our people. **Mandatory Requirements: Graduation must have been completed within the last 24 months.** Completed undergraduate degree (Bachelor's) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or Production Engineering (maximum two years since graduation) Active and valid registration with the respective professional council; Willingness to relocate to another city/state; Driver's License – Category B. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – 7:00 AM to 4:45 PM (Mato Grosso) or Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM (Goiás) Resumes will be reviewed and forwarded to specific units: São Simão (GO), Ipameri (GO), Itumbiara (GO), Sorriso (MT), and Apucarana (PR). **Benefits:** Monthly food allowance card Medical and dental assistance (available after 90 days) for employee and legal dependents.
