Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Analyst with strong expertise in TOTVS RM to support administrative processes, system configuration, implementation of improvements, and departmental support. Support internal users in system usage We seek a professional to work as a Systems Analyst with strong knowledge of the **TOTVS RM** ERP, especially in the modules Inventory, Purchasing and Billing (RM Nucleus), Financial Management (RM Fluxus), Accounting Management (RM Saldus), Tax Management (RM Liber), and Asset Management (RM Bonum). The professional will be responsible for supporting administrative processes, system configuration, implementation of improvements, and departmental support. If you take pride in serving, demonstrate owner mentality, have the courage to make things happen, and wish to join a company that transforms people, apply now and become part of our journey! **\#febralovers** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform configurations and parameterizations in the TOTVS RM modules: Inventory, Purchasing and Billing (RM Nucleus), Financial Management (RM Fluxus), Accounting Management (RM Saldus), Tax Management (RM Liber), and Asset Management (RM Bonum); * Map and optimize administrative and financial processes; * Support internal users in system usage, ensuring improved process performance; * Conduct tests, validations, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new rules and functionalities; * Produce technical and operational documentation; * Provide functional support and handle service requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience with TOTVS RM modules: Inventory, Purchasing and Billing (RM Nucleus), Financial Management (RM Fluxus), Accounting Management (RM Saldus), Tax Management (RM Liber), and Asset Management (RM Bonum); * Knowledge of administrative, financial, and/or accounting routines; * Ability to analyze processes and solve problems; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with users. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of SQL and system integration. * Experience in TOTVS RM implementation or improvement projects; **Additional Information** As a PJ (individual contractor), you are entitled to vacation after 12 months of contract, plus: **TotalPass** **Starbem** Here at **Febracis**, we believe in the transformative power of meaningful connections.
