Job Summary: We are seeking a Text Editor to manage editorial projects and educational content, ensuring quality and alignment with company objectives. Key Highlights: 1. The selected professional will be responsible for the following activities: * Manage editorial projects; * Define and sequence workflow stages, and control content according to project scope; * Monitor project deadlines, costs, and quality; * Manage various suppliers within the scope of each assigned project, including selecting professionals, defining briefings, and guiding work within project scope and quality parameters; * Liaise with authors and other professionals to develop and review educational content, ensuring alignment with company guidelines; * Content management: Manage the full lifecycle of educational content—from initial creation through publication and ongoing revision—covering content management, material archiving, and version control; * Develop and create educational materials, ensuring content is accurate, clear, and aligned with Movimenta Group’s educational objectives; * Review and prepare texts; * Edit and validate proofs; * Analyze competing products, focusing on strengthening Movimenta’s offerings; Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Languages or Humanities, preferably in Pedagogy or Letters; * Experience with educational projects; * Experience handling manuscripts, liaising with authors, editing and writing texts, and reviewing content; * Knowledge of active teaching strategies is desirable; * Experience developing supplementary and didactic materials for early childhood education; * Experience in critical analysis of early childhood education projects is desirable;
