Job Summary: We are seeking a Business-Technology Specialist with expertise in Technology Strategy to design consulting solutions, serve as the bridge between technology and management teams, and lead executive-level discussions. We seek a Business-Technology Specialist in consulting with specialization in Technology Strategy to design consulting solutions, serving as the bridge between technology and management teams, structuring integrated approaches and proposals, and leading executive conversations with clients (C-level and IT/Digital leaders). **Responsibilities and Duties** The professional will be responsible for understanding complex problems, building compelling narratives, working in multidisciplinary environments and with cross-functional teams, supporting the development of business cases, operational models, and defining roadmaps. They will also own the end-to-end pre-sales process and defend technical and commercial proposals with internal and external clients. For this position, priority will be given to professionals with proven experience in tech strategy & consulting, specifically in developing consulting proposals that combine management and technology, covering topics such as: * IT Governance * IT Operational Models * Cloud and Infrastructure * Platform Modernization * Gen AI, Data & Analytics * Data Engineering * Digitalization and Process Improvement * Software Factory * Agile Methods (SAFe, Scrum, Nexus, etc) **Requirements and Qualifications** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Diagnose client challenges (business and IT), convert them into hypotheses, design high-level architectures, identify and define assumptions, and detail work plans. * Act as a “trusted advisor” in executive discussions, leading meetings, workshops, and presentations. * Co-design proposals with management consultants and technical specialists, ensuring alignment among strategy, solution, execution, risks, and value. * Structure business cases (benefits, costs, ROI), transformation roadmaps, and prioritization recommendations (quick wins vs. long-term journey). * Develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals covering scope, deliverables, approach, schedule, team sizing, estimates, pricing, dependencies, assumptions, and risks. * Lead proposal defense (oral and written), support negotiation, and ensure a structured handover to delivery teams upon closing. * Stay updated on emerging trends and their practical applicability at Falconi, translating technical possibilities into business opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Solid experience connecting business/strategy and technology—translating business demands and requirements into technology solutions. * Prior experience of 6–10 years in Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, or large-scale technology consulting (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, EY, etc.). * Ability to structure business cases and design roadmaps. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders (C-level and senior management), and lead executive presentations. * Proactivity, autonomy, collaboration, and results orientation. * Willingness to travel, as required for client engagement and negotiations. * Fluency in English. **Additional Information** **Desired Skills:** * Experience delivering and managing consulting projects (e.g., system development and implementation, operational model redesign, infrastructure/cloud migration, etc.) * Experience in digital transformation projects and applying GenAI/Analytics/Automation in corporate use cases **Experience: minimum 6–10 years** **Minimum Educational Requirement:** * Completed undergraduate degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Certifications in technology frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, SAFe, TOGAF, etc., are a plus * Postgraduate degree/MBA is a plus. **Here, we are #SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, side by side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
