Job Summary: Assist in providing technical support to clients, track service requests, supervise system installations and configurations, and conduct training sessions. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting training sessions for clients and users **RESPONSIBILITIES:** MAIN ACTIVITIES Assist in providing technical support to clients through chat and phone calls; Assist in tracking and managing service requests; Assist in supervising system installations and configurations; Assist in conducting training sessions for clients and system users. **REQUIREMENTS:** REQUIREMENTS Currently enrolled in a technical, technological, or undergraduate program in Information Technology or related fields; Basic knowledge of technical support; Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese; Ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently; Aptitude for handling new technologies and software; Availability to work on-site.
