Serve as a technical reference and support planning **About the position:** We are seeking Mid/Senior Technical Leaders specialized in Network and Infrastructure to work on the Law \& Law Project, conducting installation, support, and implementation of technological solutions in school units. This professional will be responsible for leading technical field teams, ensuring installations are executed according to established standards, timelines, and quality requirements. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree or Technical Certification in related fields (Network, Infrastructure, Telecommunications, IT) · Valid driver’s license (current authorization). · Availability for frequent travel, including visits to various schools. · Availability to work on weekends, as required by the project. · Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and organizational capability. **Prior experience in:** Installation and maintenance of structured networks, IT infrastructure (switches, access points, racks), structured cabling and data point organization, configuration of network equipment, supervision of technical field teams. **Job Responsibilities:** · Lead technical teams responsible for network and infrastructure installations in schools. · Coordinate and monitor field activities, ensuring execution in accordance with the project scope. · Conduct site inspections, technical checklists, and on-site delivery validations. · Configure, test, and certify network equipment (switches, APs, routers). · Ensure integrity and quality of installed infrastructure. · Document installation evidence (photos, reports, measurements). · Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting troubleshooting and incident resolution. · Interact with administrative staff and other project stakeholders. · Support planning and schedule control. · Ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal policies, and Law \& Law Project guidelines.
