Responsible for ensuring quality in the development of enhancements and evolutions to back-office systems—specifically payroll, legal, and tax systems—with preference for Gen.te Cloud Suite (LG), Benner, Tax One, Easyway, Mastersaf, and ERP Oracle Fusion as a differentiator—ensuring that developed products comply with specifications defined by the company, acting autonomously and guiding Analysts II and I, as well as technical consultants from third-party consulting firms providing services to the company. Guide and prepare technical and economic feasibility studies, as well as technical specifications, verifying project feasibility, acting autonomously and designing system flow diagrams, identifying all tools required for project development. Issue technical opinions regarding system development and implementation; prepare all documentation or technically validate materials prepared by vendors. Research and identify new technologies, identify vendors, request product demonstrations, and conduct technical evaluations of products to keep the company’s systems and applications up to date. Monitor progress of projects under their responsibility, continuously managing technical and operational risks, proposing corrective actions whenever necessary to ensure timely delivery and high-quality solutions aligned with the company’s strategic goals. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Do you use any specific technical tool that this professional must know?
