Therefore, we make no distinction based on race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, or any other factor. **You are all that matters!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Lead the structuring, preparation, and management of technical documentation required for automotive approval processes, acting as the technical reference and ensuring regulatory compliance with headquarters and internal interfaces. * Collect technical information from engineering, quality, product, and approval departments. * Prepare, review, and format dossiers, regulatory reports, and documentation packages applicable to the certification process. * Interpret national and international regulatory requirements, translating them into instructions, templates, and structured documentation content. * Develop and standardize formats, processes, and checklists for technical documentation. * Review and validate documentation packages produced by the team prior to regulatory submissions. * Ensure traceability, technical consistency, and compliance with established regulatory criteria. * Support technical interfaces with customers, engineering, quality, and approval departments. * Conduct documentation reviews and support internal/external audits. * Provide technical leadership to junior analysts and guide activities of the team assigned to the same work package (WP). **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience in approval, certification, or vehicle safety activities. * Prior experience with technical documentation, regulatory compliance, or document management. * Intermediate or advanced English (for communication with global teams). * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Hybrid work mode in São Bernardo do Campo/SP. **Additional information*** For us, your health and that of your family are top priorities!
