FCamara is looking for a **Tech Delivery Manager**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and coordinate multiple development teams, providing technical guidance and support. * Ensure code quality measures, application performance, scalability, and security are implemented across teams. * Collaborate with other teams, such as UX/UI, QA, and DevOps, to ensure integrated and aligned delivery. * Participate in defining architecture and technical solutions, considering best practices and business needs. * Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve quality and efficiency alongside leadership or senior developers, mapping action plans when necessary to meet company expectations. * Coordinate development activities, including planning, estimation, and prioritization of new projects. * Manage team performance metrics, such as productivity, quality, and satisfaction. * Prepare and present periodic reports to the client. * Discuss requirements and technical solutions with clients, providing guidance and support. * Actively participate in crisis meetings, such as war rooms, incidents, and problem-solving sessions. * Participate in hiring and technical interviews. * Serve as the focal point for the development team, acting as a technical reference and mentor. * Provide periodic feedback and reports on project status and project/team concerns to FCamara leadership. * Execute PoCs or test cases for internal initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid full-stack development experience, as a generalist profile familiar with major programming languages and frameworks for back-end, front-end, and mobile development. * Back-end knowledge using major market technologies such as Java, Node, etc. * Front-end knowledge using major market technologies such as Angular, React, and/or Vue. * Knowledge of virtualization tools, especially Docker. * Experience with databases, including modeling, queries, and performance optimization. * Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a technical team. * Project management experience, including planning, estimation, and priority setting. * People management experience, including hiring, technical interviews, and performance evaluations. * Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively, and capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. * Knowledge of design patterns, software architecture, and development best practices. * Experience preparing and presenting project reports to clients and internal leadership. **Here at FCamara, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, working side by side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
