Job Summary: We are seeking a collaborative and proactive professional to serve as the technical lead of the squad, responsible for team development, guidance on best practices, and decisions ensuring product quality, stability, scalability, and security. We expect you to be collaborative and proactive, serving as the technical lead of the squad, actively participating in team development, guiding best practices, and making decisions that ensure product quality, stability, scalability, and security. Technical Leadership / Architecture Define system, application, and infrastructure architecture. Select technologies, frameworks, standards, and best practices. Ensure system scalability, maintainability, performance, and security. Code and Technical Process Quality Conduct code reviews to ensure technical standards and quality. Implement tests, CI/CD, automation, and other practices to enhance software robustness. Monitor performance, stability, uptime, etc. Ensure resolution of technical debt and mitigate bug impact. Mentoring and Team Development Provide technical guidance to the team and support less experienced developers. Conduct individual coaching (1:1), development planning, and knowledge transfer. Priority and Delivery Management Plan sprints, estimate tasks, and define the technical roadmap jointly with product/business teams. Identify technical risks and blockers, and act to remove them. Ensure timely delivery meeting expected requirements. Communication and Stakeholder Alignment Serve as a bridge between technical teams, product, customers, and other business areas. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate implications (time, cost, risk). Innovation and Continuous Improvement Propose improvements to internal development processes. Stay updated with new technologies and trends, and introduce innovations that add value.
