We are seeking a Systems Registration Assistant to join our Systems Projects team. The professional will be responsible for performing registrations, updates, and configurations of customer information in the company's systems, ensuring data organization, accuracy, and integrity. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** · Register and update information in systems; · Assist in verifying data and documents; · Organize information and operational controls; · Record requests and incidents; · Perform administrative tasks related to the department; · Assist in configuring customer settings on the platform; · Follow procedures and instructions provided by the responsible team. **REQUIREMENTS** · Completed high school education; · Basic courses in Excel, computer science, or related fields are desirable; · Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel; · Basic understanding of systems and technology; · Proficiency in typing and using systems; **COMPETENCIES** · Data and information organization; · Attention to detail; · Ability to follow standards and processes; · Capacity for quick learning; · Communication skills; · Proactivity; · Efficiency in executing operational tasks. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** · Prior experience with administrative routines or system registration; · Experience with data updating and verification; · Experience with operational tasks related to technology or administrative support.
