We’re waiting for your application! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support, configure, and enhance the back-office modules of TOTVS RM, ensuring environment stability, alignment with business processes, and efficient user support. * Key Responsibilities * Provide functional and technical support for TOTVS RM modules (Finance, Accounting, Tax, and HR) * Analyze and resolve tickets (incidents, requests, and problems) * Perform configurations and setups according to business rules and legislation * Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and OLAP cubes * Support integrations with satellite systems (APIs, WebServices) * Participate in implementation, upgrade, and improvement projects * Conduct functional testing and user validations * Document processes, solutions, and changes * Identify opportunities for improvements and automation **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience with TOTVS RM (Back-office) Knowledge of: Financial, accounting, and tax processes Proficiency in SQL Server (queries, joins, stored procedures) Experience with reporting tools (RM Reports / Cubes / Metadata) Integration experience (API / WebService) Knowledge of version upgrades and patch application; troubleshooting in RM environments Education Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in: Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields.
