Job Summary: Provides support in identifying difficulties and resolving hardware and software incidents, including equipment assembly, repair, and configuration, and participates in the analysis and purchase of software. Creation and implementation of security procedures Provides support in identifying difficulties and resolving hardware and software incidents and problems, involving equipment assembly, repair, and configuration. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Restores support to computer network users, including equipment assembly, repairs, configurations, and use of available hardware and software. * Prepares existing hardware inventory, controlling acquisition invoices, maintenance contracts, and warranty periods. * Performs equipment assembly and system deployment for service and training units, and user training. * Participates in the analysis process of new software and in the procurement process of application software. * Performs equipment maintenance and preservation. * Conducts data backups and other data security procedures. * Creates and implements procedures restricting access to and usage of the network. **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum education level: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or any other Technology-related field. Technical Competencies: Intermediate Microsoft Office suite and basic English. Desirable Competencies: Intermediate English. Behavioral Competencies: Proactivity, concentration, good memory, logical reasoning, analytical profile, and organization.
