Job Summary: Assist in various construction activities, including material preparation, transportation, structural assembly, and worksite organization, while adhering to safety regulations. Responsibility and commitment highly valued **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Assist masons and other professionals on site; * Prepare mortar, concrete, and other construction materials; * Transport materials, tools, and equipment within the construction site; * Perform loading and unloading of materials; * Assist in assembling and dismantling simple structures, such as scaffolding and shoring; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the construction site; * Support demolition, excavation, and land leveling when required; * Sort and organize materials and tools used on site; * Follow instructions from masons, foremen, or supervisors; * Comply with occupational safety regulations and use appropriate PPE. **Prerequisites:** * Primary education (completed or incomplete); * Willingness to perform physical labor; * Responsibility and commitment. **Benefits:** * 50% subsidized health insurance; * 50% subsidized dental insurance; * Cost-of-living allowance of R$800.00; * Wellhub (Gympass) fully covered by the company; * Life insurance.
