In this role, you will be responsible for defining and leading the SEO strategy to drive organic traffic growth, revenue, and brand visibility aligned with business goals. We operate in a **hybrid model (3 days in-office)**, and our office is located directly across from Parque Vila Lobos, with easy access to the CPTM train station. **Apply now!** **What will your main responsibilities be as SEO Coordinator here?** * Define and execute the SEO strategy, aligned with traffic and company revenue objectives. * Plan and track OKRs across daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. * Optimizations aimed at revenue and new customer acquisition. * Continuously monitor SEO KPIs (sessions, revenue, CTR, impressions, conversion, and brand share). * Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports. * Manage the SEO backlog, prioritizing requests based on impact, effort, and risk. * Lead strategic SEO projects, integrating teams across Technology, Content, CRM, Paid Media, Data, and Growth. * Coordinate technical SEO (off-page) initiatives—including audits, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and structured data—with close collaboration with the Technology team and Product Owners, supported by documentation. * Plan and supervise on-page, content, and link-building optimizations—ensuring quality and alignment with E-E-A-T guidelines. * Define and execute the ASO strategy for the mobile app. * Monitor impacts of AI and generative search, applying practices related to GEO, AIO, and LLMO. * Manage and develop the SEO team—including feedback, onboarding, and technical guidance. * Standardize processes and create internal SEO documentation and guides. * Facilitate agile management rituals (sprint tracking and deliverables review). * Support paid media and growth initiatives with strategic SEO insights. **What are we looking for?** * Proven, solid experience in strategic SEO with direct impact on **traffic, revenue, and customer acquisition** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or Business Administration** * Senior-level experience leading strategy definition and high-impact initiative prioritization * Strong expertise in **technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content SEO**, including large-scale environments * Experience managing **KPIs and OKRs**, with an analytical, business-oriented mindset * Experience **leading complex, cross-functional projects**, with close collaboration with Technology, Data, Content, and Growth teams * Experience **managing and developing teams**, with emphasis on performance and technical growth * Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar) * Advanced knowledge of **backlog prioritization (impact vs. effort)** and agile management * Experience with **ASO and organic acquisition strategies across multiple surfaces** * Familiarity with **SEO for generative search and AI (AI Overviews, GEO, AIO, LLMO)** **What benefits will you receive?** * Flexible meal card (VR) * Transportation allowance (VT) * Health and dental insurance (optional) * TotalPass * Partnerships with universities, technical schools, and language institutes * Birthday day off—to enjoy your special day * Discounts on purchases at Westwing * **Work in an environment that respects your personality, dress style, individuality—and where you can truly be yourself** **Selection Process Steps:** * Application (Submit your application, complete the form, and finish the Portuguese test on the platform—it’s quick :D) * HR Intro Call (Online) * Manager Interview (Online) * Case Study (Online) * Second Manager Interview (In-person or Online) * Finalist Selection * Hiring
