We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to work on strategic Salesforce projects in a collaborative, agile, and innovation-oriented environment. We seek someone with strong technical capability, a consulting mindset, and experience in complex projects—capable of serving as a technical reference and supporting strategic decisions alongside multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. ### **Responsibilities** Lead Salesforce implementations involving standard configurations, custom development, and data migration. Support platform maintenance by resolving incidents and continuously evolving the Salesforce environment. Manage versioning and deployment processes, promoting CI/CD and DevOps best practices. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, acting as the team’s technical reference. Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with business objectives. Work in an agile and collaborative environment, promoting innovation and continuous improvement. ### **Requirements for this role** Solid experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and process and risk mapping. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud. Experience with programmatic development using Apex, LWC, and JavaScript. Experience with declarative development on the Salesforce platform. Hands-on experience with integrations via REST and SOAP APIs. Knowledge of deployment practices, CI/CD, MVC architecture, and code versioning using Git. Experience with agile methodologies and working in multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. ### **Nice-to-have** Salesforce Developer II and Salesforce Advanced Administrator certifications. Experience with Media Cloud and other Salesforce solutions. Familiarity with Agentforce and complementary tools within the Salesforce ecosystem. Additional certifications such as Salesforce Platform App Builder and Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
