Do you want to be part of this story and turn ideas and dreams into reality? **As a Planning Engineering Professional, you will:** * Interpret and structure document lists (Master Document List – MDL), ensuring consistency with contractual scope; * Develop, detail, and update integrated schedules (engineering, procurement, fabrication, assembly, and commissioning); * Monitor physical and financial project progress, including critical deviation analysis; * Generate and track performance KPIs (SPI, CPI, S-curve, productivity, among others); * Prepare executive and technical progress reports for internal and external stakeholders; * Identify planning risks and deviations, proposing corrective actions and recovery plans; * Manage interfaces among engineering disciplines, suppliers, and offshore execution teams; * Support the Topside Project Manager in data-driven decision-making; * Guide and develop junior professionals (interns, analysts, and engineers). **For this position, you must have:** * Experience structuring integrated schedules and performing critical path analysis; * Proficiency in planning tools (Primavera P6 and/or MS Project); * Experience in offshore project planning, preferably for Topside (FPSOs, fixed platforms, or similar units); * Intermediate English proficiency, with ability to sustain conversations in the language; * Solid knowledge of interface management in multidisciplinary engineering projects; * Hands-on experience monitoring physical progress and analyzing project performance; * Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders (engineering, procurement, construction, and clients); **It’s a plus if you have:** * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile applied to engineering, etc.); * Experience in schedule risk analysis (Monte Carlo, @Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis); * Familiarity with integrated engineering systems (COMOS, Aveva, Hexagon); * Experience in EPC/EPCI environments; * Advanced English for reading technical documents and interacting with international teams; * Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools; * PMP certification or equivalent. **Benefits:** * Nationwide medical assistance (for employee and dependents, including private rooms) * Nationwide dental assistance (for employee and dependents) * Meal allowance / flexible food benefit * Remote work allowance * Birthday day off * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Extended maternity leave (6 months) and paternity leave (20 days) * Daycare allowance for children up to 3 years old (per child) * Mental health support through Wellz * Benefits club offering discounts with various partners * Partnerships with educational institutions and language courses * Professional development (Corporate University) * Partnership with coworking spaces across Brazil * Quality of Life and Well-being Program * Consulting physician for Radix employees * Incentive plans **Radix consistently ranks among the Best Companies to Work For because:** * We have committed, dedicated, curious, and innovative professionals. * Team spirit is our greatest strength.
