We are looking for people passionate about transforming data into intelligent solutions that generate real business impact, working as a **Machine Learning I MLOps Engineer**. You will be responsible for reliably, scalably, and monitorably deploying trained Machine Learning models—developed by Data Science teams—into production within the AWS ecosystem. **Responsibilities:** * Receive trained models and deploy them into production (batch and/or real-time); * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML (training, validation, deployment); * Manage Feature Store (creation, versioning, and provision of features for training and inference); * Monitor model performance in production (data drift, model drift, latency, throughput); * Manage model and experiment versioning (model registry); * Ensure observability, logging, and alerts for ML services; * Optimize ML infrastructure costs on AWS (FINOPS); * Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Infrastructure/DevOps teams. **Requirements for this role:** * Amazon SageMaker and AWS Cloud (S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, etc); * Experience deploying models (real-time endpoints, batch transform, serverless inference, multi-model endpoints); * AWS Lambda, Step Functions (orchestration of pipelines); * Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation/CDK); * Advanced Python (training scripts, inference, APIs); * CI/CD (CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins); * SQL and large-scale data manipulation; * Knowledge of data pipelines; * Model performance metrics (accuracy, drift, latency); * Observability and monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Model Monitor). **Preferred qualifications:** * Knowledge of Computer Vision models (e.g., ResNet); * AWS certification (Machine Learning Specialty or Solutions Architect); * Hands-on experience with key SageMaker modules (Studio, Pipelines, Endpoints, Model Registry, Feature Store, Model Monitor); * Experience with Kubernetes/EKS for ML workloads; * Sufficient Data Science knowledge to effectively collaborate with the team (no modeling required, but must understand inputs received); * Experience in regulated environments (sensitive data, LGPD); * Implementation of secure deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, shadow deployment); * Experience with observability using DataDog or Grafana; * Building agents (multi-step, tool usage, planning + execution); * Integration via MCP (Model Context Protocol) or equivalent; * Experience with AI-First methodologies (SDD, AI-DLC, etc.). \#LI\-CB4 **Our benefits:** * Health and dental insurance; * Meal and food allowance; * Childcare assistance; * Extended parental leave; * Partnerships with gyms and health/wellness professionals via Wellhub (Gympass, TotalPass); * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR); * Life insurance; * Continuous learning platform (CI\&T University); * Discount club; * Free online platform dedicated to physical, mental, and overall well-being; * Pregnancy and responsible parenting course; * Partnerships with online learning platforms; * Language learning platform; * And many more More details about our benefits here: https://ciandt.com/br/pt\-br/carreiras At CI\&T, inclusion starts from the first contact.
