Join a dream company with an admirable culture! #PurplePassion. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead and manage strategic HR projects focused on Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives; * Map processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose innovative solutions to optimize candidate and new hire experience; * Act as Scrum Master or Product Owner, applying methodologies such as SCRUM, Kanban, Lean, etc., to ensure incremental, high-quality deliveries; * Develop communication and engagement plans to support adoption of new processes and tools, applying Change Management practices; * Conduct workshops, trainings, and awareness sessions for leaders and teams, reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement; * Monitor efficiency and experience metrics across COE areas, preparing dashboards and reports to support decision-making; * Serve as a technical and behavioral reference, supporting stakeholders in change management and communicating project value. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in HR project management; experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Onboarding initiatives is considered a plus; * Knowledge of agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) and project management tools; * Experience in Change Management (PROSCI, Lean Change, or similar); * Ability to engage stakeholders and lead projects in highly complex environments. **Desirable** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; postgraduate studies or an MBA in Project Management or related areas is a plus. **Differentiators** * Experience implementing HR systems (ATS, SAP, onboarding platforms); * Certifications in Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management; * Knowledge of Design Thinking and Employee Experience practices. **Additional Information** At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees.
