Conduct root cause analyses and propose corrective and preventive solutions **BENEFITS** Health Insurance | Dental Insurance | Profit Sharing Program (PLR) | Transportation Allowance or Fuel Voucher | Basic Food Basket | Day Off | Partnerships with Universities and English Language Schools | TotalPass **JOB MISSION** A senior professional responsible for conducting studies, technical analyses, and developing engineering solutions to ensure technical compliance, efficiency, and performance of electrical products and systems, as well as supporting the implementation of industrial and automation projects. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Projects and Validation:** Develop, review, and validate electrical and automation projects, focusing on high reliability and industrial safety. * **Technical Compliance:** Perform rigorous compliance analyses based on ABNT/IEC standards and company internal specifications. * **Documentation and Engineering:** Develop detailed technical documentation (diagrams, descriptive reports, and manuals). * **Strategic Interface:** Act as the technical focal point between Production, Quality, Suppliers, and Customers. * **Studies and Simulations:** Coordinate feasibility studies, computer simulations, and complex calculations for new products or customizations. * **Continuous Improvement:** Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) for technical failures and propose effective corrective and preventive solutions. * **Mentoring:** Serve as a technical reference, mentoring junior analysts and disseminating the team’s engineering best practices. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Solid background in industrial electrical project engineering or electrical product development. * **Software:** Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, SolidWorks, or similar). * **Standards:** Advanced knowledge and practical application of technical standards (ABNT/IEC). * **Soft Skills:** Technical leadership ability, interpersonal communication skills to explain complex concepts, and sharp analytical thinking. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Direct experience in industrial electrical product development. * Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001) and manufacturing processes. * Knowledge of agile methodologies or project management.
