Job Summary: This role focuses on environmental sustainability, involving research, analysis, and implementation of corporate sustainability programs, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and certifications. Control and update the legal requirements matrix to ensure compliance. **Description** **The opportunity:** Environmental Sustainability work encompasses research and analysis as inputs for corporate sustainability programs and projects, including monitoring trends in environmental science, renewable resources, sustainable work processes, and other diverse fields. It also includes researching traditional sources for new datasets, key reports, and analytical procedures; exploring alternative media, early adopters, and unconventional indicators to support corporate benchmarking efforts and compliance with environmental regulations. **How you will make an impact:** * Implement, maintain, and continuously improve Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management systems, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 14001 and ISO 45001\). * Organize documentation, evidence, and processes required for internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory and corporate requirements are met. Support teams throughout the entire audit process. * Develop, track, and ensure execution of action plans arising from audits, inspections, and risk analyses, guaranteeing timely and effective corrective and preventive measures. * Monitor key performance indicators related to health, safety, and environment, interpreting data to identify trends, propose improvements, and support strategic decision-making. * Control and update the matrix of applicable legal requirements for operations, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety legislation, and tracking regulatory changes. * Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external standards, procedures, and guidelines. **Requirements:** * Prior industrial experience with practical knowledge of routines and challenges related to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). * Bachelor’s degree in related fields: completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related disciplines. * English (Desirable): Ability to read and write technical documents, reports, and international standards. * Power BI (Intermediate): Ability to edit existing dashboards and develop new reports and visualizations.
