Senior Data Product Owner - Technology Segment

**What will we build together?** * We are looking for a Product Owner with experience in data products to act as a bridge between business areas, technical teams, and stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and continuous value generation; * This person will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the backlog; leading discovery and delivery processes in agile environments; and translating business needs into data-driven solutions; * They will work consultatively to identify analytical opportunities, collaborating closely with data engineering, BI, data science, and design teams; * We expect a profile with strong communication skills, strategic vision, and experience in BI/Analytics and foundational data engineering concepts—also contributing to advancing analytical maturity and data-informed decision-making. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as a bridge between business, technical teams, and stakeholders; * Define, organize, and prioritize the data product backlog; * Ensure continuous value delivery through metrics and KPIs; * Collaborate with teams across: * Data Architecture and Engineering * BI/Analytics * Data Science / AI * Design * Manage stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication; * Identify data usage opportunities within operational contexts; * Translate business needs into data solutions; * Map opportunities in integrations, business rules, business processes, and information usage patterns; * Validate deliverables with stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** ----------------- * Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in data-related projects; * Strong stakeholder management experience; * Experience in agile development environments; * Experience in discovery processes and delivery management; * Ability to lead strategic discussions and facilitate decision-making; * Consultative, value-oriented mindset; * Prior knowledge of: * BI/Analytics (Power BI, Tableau or similar) * Fundamentals of Data Engineering (ETL, pipelines, data lakes/warehouses). **Preferred:** ----------------- * Experience in consulting environments or direct client engagement (outsourcing); * Experience with SAP projects; * Experience with analytical maturity evolution projects; * Knowledge of platforms such as Databricks, Azure, AWS, or GCP; * Knowledge of SQL, Python, and/or PySpark; * Experience in data governance or data quality; * Experience in modern data architecture projects; * Project management experience; * Experience implementing AI-powered products; * Certifications (CSPO, PSPO, etc.); * Databricks and Microsoft certifications. **Additional Information** **Here’s what you’ll get:** * iFood Voucher (meal and food); * Cost-of-living allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Birthday day off; * Life insurance; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Educational partnerships; * Total Pass partnership — health and wellbeing; * Clude Saúde partnership; * Reimbursement programs; * Flexible working hours; * Dress code: be yourself. **** From the garage at home to the world—that’s how DB’s story began.
