We are looking for a **Data Architect** to work on highly complex projects, playing a strategic role in designing, evolving, and governing enterprise data architectures. This person will be responsible for designing robust, scalable, and secure data solutions, acting as the bridge between **software engineering, data engineering, analytics, data science, architecture, and business**, ensuring that data supports strategic decision-making, digital products, and critical operations. The context involves large volumes of data, multiple sources and domains, complex integrations, distributed architectures, and a strong need for **data quality, observability, reliability, and governance**. **Responsibilities and duties** * Act as a **Data Architect**, serving as the technical reference for data and engineering teams * Design and evolve **modern, scalable, and resilient data architectures** * Define standards for **data ingestion, processing, storage, and consumption** * Design solutions involving **Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Lakehouse, and Streaming** * Ensure non-functional requirements for **performance, availability, security, and scalability** * Define strategies for **data governance, quality, lineage, and data catalog** * Ensure **data observability practices** (freshness, volume, quality, SLAs/SLOs) * Support technical decisions alongside product and business teams, translating needs into data solutions * Collaborate closely with **DevOps/SRE** on cloud architectures and automation * Support troubleshooting of complex issues related to data and critical pipelines * Proven experience as a **Data Architect, Data Architect, or equivalent role** * Strong knowledge of **data and distributed systems architecture** * Experience with **relational, NoSQL, and analytical databases** * Hands-on experience with **cloud-based data platforms** (AWS, Azure, or GCP) * Experience with **data pipelines** (batch and streaming) * Knowledge of **data modeling** (relational, dimensional, data vault, or similar) * Experience with **data security, governance, and access control** * Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences * Systemic mindset and orientation toward data-driven solutions **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience with **Big Data and Streaming** (Kafka, Spark, Flink, Pub/Sub, Kinesis) * Experience with **modern Data Warehouses** (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse) * Knowledge of **data quality and observability** (e.g., Great Expectations, Monte Carlo, OpenLineage) * Experience with **AI, Machine Learning, or advanced Analytics** * Prior work in enterprise or mission-critical environments **Additional information** * Involvement in strategic, high-impact data projects * Close integration with engineering, data, and business teams * Technical autonomy in architectural decisions * Collaborative, data-oriented, and innovation-driven environment * Work model and benefits aligned with market standards **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, working side by side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
