As of May 2026, ONErpm has more than 45 offices in 35 countries across nearly every continent around the world ### **Responsibilities** * Develop advanced dashboards and reports in **Microsoft Power BI** to generate actionable insights and support data\-driven decision\-making. * Analyze and interpret complex data using **Google Analytics** and **other web analytics platforms** to identify trends and opportunities. * **Optimize data workflows** and **enhance analytical processes** to improve efficiency and data accuracy * **Communicate findings effectively** through clear, concise **reports** and **presentations** for internal stakeholders. * Lead **Business Intelligence initiatives** that contribute to **strategic planning** and overall **business** ### **Requirements** * Strong experience with data analysis tools and methodologies, with the ability to transform data into meaningful business insights. * Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide relevant insights for business areas. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, creating impactful analyses, dashboards, and reports. * Experience with SQL and DBT to support data analysis and workflow optimization. * Knowledge of Python and cloud architecture will be considered a plus. * Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail and problem\-solving capabilities. * Self\-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively. * Professional fluency in English. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields is preferred. ### **Benefits** * Health and Dental Insurance * Meal Allowance * Food Allowance * Life Insurance * TotalPass * Birthday Day Off **Why work with us?** At ONErpm, we value diversity and believe that different perspectives drive innovation.
