We are looking for a **Senior Backend Developer** with strong expertise in **.NET Core** and experience building modern, secure, scalable, and event-oriented solutions. This professional will play a strategic role in designing and evolving microservices, APIs, and integrations within a cloud-native ecosystem, with hands-on experience in **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**, **Apigee**, **Pub/Sub**, **GitLab**, **Docker**, **Kubernetes**, and **Dynatrace**. We seek someone with an engineering mindset, **DevOps/DevSecOps** orientation, strong ownership mentality, and the ability to serve as a technical reference for the team—elevating solution quality, security, and observability. **Responsibilities and Duties** ➢ Develop and evolve backend services in **C# / .NET Core / .NET 8+**, focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability. ➢ Design and implement modern architectural patterns, including **Clean Architecture**, **DDD**, **CQRS**, and **microservices**. ➢ Build secure and high-performance APIs, with edge governance via **Google Apigee**. ➢ Design and implement **event-driven architecture**, using **Google Cloud Pub/Sub** for inter-service integration. ➢ Ensure security best practices, including authentication, authorization, protection against OWASP vulnerabilities, and proper use of cryptography and secret management. ➢ Develop and maintain **CI/CD pipelines** in **GitLab**, with automated testing, static code analysis, and DevSecOps practices. ➢ Create and maintain containers using **Docker**, and operate orchestration with **Kubernetes**. ➢ Monitor and enhance application observability using **Dynatrace**, analyzing metrics, logs, traces, and resolving incidents. ➢ Support technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and dissemination of engineering best practices. ➢ Participate in technical discussions with product, architecture, infrastructure, security, and other partner teams. ➢ Contribute to continuous platform improvement by identifying technical debt, bottlenecks, and evolution opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** ➢ Solid experience as a **Senior Backend Developer**. ➢ Strong proficiency in **C#** and **.NET Core / .NET 8+**. ➢ In-depth knowledge of **SOLID**, **Clean Code**, **Clean Architecture**, **DDD**, **CQRS**, and microservices. ➢ Experience in secure development and practical application of controls against **OWASP Top 10** vulnerabilities. ➢ Hands-on experience with **OAuth 2.0**, **OpenID Connect**, access control, and protection of sensitive data. ➢ Experience with **Google Cloud Pub/Sub** and event-driven architectures. ➢ Knowledge of **Google Apigee** or another enterprise API Gateway. ➢ Experience with **GitLab**, **GitLab CI/CD**, automated testing, and **DevSecOps** practices. ➢ Proficiency in **Docker** and **Kubernetes**. ➢ Experience with observability tools, preferably **Dynatrace**. ➢ Ability to work autonomously, with systemic vision and strong technical accountability. ➢ Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and translating technical topics for non-technical audiences. **Preferred Qualifications:** ➢ Production experience with **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**. ➢ Knowledge of **SAST**, **DAST**, **SCA**, and application security. ➢ Experience with **mTLS**, Zero Trust, and edge security. ➢ Prior work with large-scale APIs and mission-critical environments. ➢ Familiarity with **ADRs**, technical documentation, and architectural governance. ➢ Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, or serving as a technical reference for the team. **Desired Profile:** ➢ Senior, analytical, and pragmatic individual. ➢ Strong troubleshooting and complex problem-solving capabilities. ➢ Owner mindset, focused on quality, security, and continuous delivery. ➢ Collaborative profile, capable of positively influencing the team’s technical culture. ➢ Comfort operating in ambiguous contexts and evolving requirements. ➢ Genuine interest in engineering excellence, observability, and continuous improvement. **Additional Information** **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, side by side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
