And this is only the beginning. ### **Your day-to-day will include:** * Develop, evolve, and maintain high-performance backend applications using **C#/.NET**, ensuring scalability, security, and code quality; * Participate in system architecture and evolution, proposing technical improvements and development best practices; * Build and maintain **RESTful APIs**; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, architecture, QA, and frontend) to define and deliver solutions; * Analyze and resolve complex issues in production environments; * Ensure delivery quality through testing, code reviews, documentation, and software engineering best practices; * Actively participate in technical discussions, contributing to architectural decisions and mentoring less-experienced professionals; * Support technological modernization initiatives, application performance, and observability. ### **Requirements and qualifications:** * Solid experience as a **Backend Developer**, focused on **C# and .NET (.NET Core/.NET 6+)**; * Strong experience developing **REST APIs** and microservices architecture; * Experience with development practices such as **Clean Code, SOLID, Design Patterns, and Git version control**; * Experience with messaging, integrations, and distributed architecture; * Hands-on experience with **AWS** (SQS, S3, EC2, ECS, Lambda); * Databases: **MySQL, MongoDB, Redis/Memcache**; * Hands-on, analytical profile with strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams. **Not mandatory, but highly valued:** * Experience in the financial sector, especially in credit, payroll-deductible loans, or financial products; ### **What’s it like to work at Skopia?** Here, you’ll find an environment where Results, Creativity, Pragmatism, Commitment, Authority, and Performance guide everyday work.
