This conviction guides every decision we make, every project we deliver, and every person we develop. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and test applications using ANSI C. * Analyze software requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions. * Optimize code for performance and efficiency. * Ensure code quality through best practices and peer reviews. * Debug complex issues and implement effective solutions. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery. * Create and maintain technical documentation for developed code and systems. **Requirements:** * Experience in .NET development (C\#) * Solid professional experience (minimum 5 years) in ANSI C development. * Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming. * Experience developing real-time or performance-critical systems. * Ability to analyze code and debug in complex environments. * Proficiency in structured programming, concurrency, and memory management concepts. * Knowledge of communication protocols (TCP/IP, UDP) and networking. * Experience with debugging, profiling, and tools such as GDB, Valgrind, and similar. * Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.). * Experience with build automation and continuous integration tools. * Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. * Pro\-active attitude; * Strong communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in embedded systems development. * Knowledge of other programming paradigms (C\+\+, Python). * Experience developing for Linux or Unix operating systems. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Advanced English proficiency **Work Location:** Remote **Why build your career at Insi?** Because here you think, decide, and create together.
