**What will we build together?** * We are seeking a senior professional in generative AI solutions to design and implement multi-agent architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency throughout the customer journey; * This person will be responsible for creating and orchestrating intelligent agents, defining routing and context strategies, and developing prompts and guardrails that ensure consistent and secure responses; * They will also continuously evaluate models, monitor performance, cost, and quality metrics, as well as manage the lifecycle of agents in production; * We expect a technically strong and consultative profile with deep expertise in Python, agent frameworks, and RAG, capable of integrating solutions with diverse systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the evolution of AI engineering practices. **Responsibilities and duties** * Design the solution’s multi-agent architecture, defining agent topology, orchestration strategies, intent routing, and state control throughout the customer journey; * Create and implement specialized agents, defining roles, tools, memory, context, and handoff rules between agents at each stage of the developed workflow; * Develop and optimize prompts, policies, and guardrails to ensure consistent, secure, and internally aligned behavior (protection against prompt injection, jailbreak, and leakage of sensitive information); * Define and operate evaluation metrics, building automated testing pipelines and continuously monitoring performance, latency, cost per interaction, and response quality; * Ensure security and data privacy by implementing access controls, anonymization, and traceability of interactions; * Manage the lifecycle of models and agents in production (versioning, controlled rollout, drift monitoring, and fallback strategies); * Create and maintain technical documentation and engineering standards (agent contracts, prompt templates, operational runbooks, and development guidelines); * Collaborate with product, data, and software engineering teams to ensure reliable integration of agents with other systems. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory:** ----------------- * Proven experience developing and deploying GenAI solutions in production (LLMs, RAG, and autonomous agents); * Proficiency in Python for AI engineering (agent orchestration, API integration, error handling, and resilience); * Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain; * Practical experience with RAG (chunking, embedding, vector indexing, reranking, and context relevance evaluation); * Experience evaluating LLMs (defining metrics, creating evaluation datasets); * Knowledge of LLM-specific security (prompt injection, jailbreak, output filtering, Llama Guard or equivalents); * Experience with MLOps/LLMOps (experiment tracking, model versioning, production monitoring—preferably using MLflow or similar); * Knowledge of SQL and integration with structured data sources and REST APIs; * Hands-on experience within the Azure ecosystem. **Preferred:** ----------------- * Experience with Databricks Mosaic AI (Model Serving, Agent Framework, integrated MLflow); * Experience with AgentOps (production agent observability, trace tracking, session analysis, and reasoning failure detection); * Experience with Apache Spark / PySpark for data pipelines feeding agent knowledge bases and context; * Experience fine-tuning LLMs for domain-specific use cases; * Relevant certifications such as Databricks Machine Learning Professional and Databricks Generative AI Engineer Associate. **Additional information** **Here’s what you’ll get:** * iFood voucher (meals and food); * Cost-of-living allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Birthday day off; * Life insurance; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Educational partnerships; * Total Pass partnership — health and wellbeing; * Clude Saúde partnership; * Reimbursement programs; * Flexible working hours; * Dress code: be yourself. **** From the home garage to the world: this is how DB’s story began.
