




**Position: FINANCIAL SPECIALIST** **Garten Shopping** is the top choice for shopping, leisure, and gastronomy in northern Santa Catarina, offering the largest and most comprehensive retail mix in the region. Responsible for **planning and controlling the department**, including participation in budgeting, cost monitoring, justification of variances, vacation scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. Coordination of **preventive and corrective security actions**, including guidance, training, and supervision of teams; shift scheduling; inspection of areas and high-risk activities; attendance control; personal appearance standards; staff substitutions; development and updating of emergency and security plans; risk analysis and mapping; and incident investigation.
