Opportunity for hands-on experience and professional development **Internship Position – Secretary** Company: TOSS – Hotel Intelligence TOSS – Hotel Intelligence has an open internship opportunity in Secretarial Studies, seeking an organized, communicative, and proactive individual to support administrative routines and customer service. Stipend: R$ 1\.000,00 Workload: 6 hours per day (flexible schedule) Position Type: Internship Modality: Remote work initially, transitioning later to a hybrid model ***Responsibilities:*** \- Assist in secretarial routines and administrative support; \- Provide customer service, delivering information and directing inquiries; \- Receive, organize, and relay messages to the company's director; \- Assist in resolving customer requests and issues within your scope of responsibility; \- Organize schedules, appointments, and internal communications; \- Support the organization of administrative documents and information; \- Assist in general tasks related to the secretarial field; \- Assist in digital marketing activities for clients and the company. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in Secretarial Studies or related fields; Experience or exposure to the hospitality industry or hotels; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organizational skills and responsibility regarding information and messages; Pro\-activeness and willingness to learn; Ability to interact effectively with the public; Basic knowledge of digital marketing; Adequate remote-work setup (reliable internet connection and an organized workspace).
