We work collaboratively, respecting individuals, communicating transparently, and valuing human relationships. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Control access for students, families, staff, visitors, and service providers; * Perform identification and authorization procedures for entry and exit of individuals at the school unit; * Receive and guide families and visitors courteously and attentively; * Monitor student entry and exit flow, contributing to the safety of the school community; * Ensure the organization, security, and proper functioning of the reception area; * Receive correspondence and packages, and direct them to the responsible departments; * Support the school team in organizational and service-related requests; * Comply with and inform others about the institution’s internal policies; * Act preventively by observing situations requiring attention or support from the management team; * Maintain ethical, professional, and welcoming conduct in daily interactions. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Desired Education and Courses:** * Completed high school; * Courses in security guard services, access control, customer service, or asset protection will be considered advantageous; * Certifications related to security, customer service, or first aid may enhance suitability for the role. ### **Knowledge and Tools:** * Experience recording visitor entry and exit; * Familiarity with customer service and reception routines. ### **Technical and Behavioral Skills:** * Strong verbal communication skills; * Organizational ability and attention to detail; * Professional and ethical conduct; * Ability to interact courteously and respectfully with diverse groups; * Agility in resolving day-to-day situations; * Sense of responsibility and commitment; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Welcoming, attentive, and proactive profile. ### **Desired Experience:** * Prior experience in security guard services, reception, access control, or customer service; * Experience in a school environment will be a significant advantage. **Additional Information** ### **Benefits Offered:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance (optional); * Dental insurance (optional); * A welcoming, collaborative, and respectful work environment; * Opportunities for professional development within an institution committed to education and human relationships. ### **Job Details:** * CLT employment contract; * On-site position; * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, plus Saturdays as required by the unit’s needs or school events; * Working in a dynamic school environment with direct contact with students, families, teaching staff, and visitors.
