We are seeking a Strategic Educational Manager with active leadership and a results-oriented mindset to organize, develop, and drive excellence in the institution’s pedagogical and operational processes. This professional will be responsible for ensuring teaching quality, team performance, and student satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Management of pedagogical and administrative teams (coordinators, teachers, and support staff); * Planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement of educational processes; * Ensuring implementation of the pedagogical project and adherence to quality standards; * Monitoring academic performance indicators, dropout rates, and student satisfaction; * Supporting student recruitment, retention, and loyalty initiatives; * Collaborating with sales and customer service teams for strategic alignment; * Organizing the academic calendar, class schedules, workloads, and timelines; * Ensuring compliance with legal and educational regulations; * Fostering an organized, ethical, and motivating educational environment. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Administration, Educational Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in educational management, coordination, or team leadership; * Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills; * Proactive, strategic, and results-driven profile; * Knowledge of pedagogical and administrative processes; * Proficiency in basic management tools and reporting systems.
