If you seek growth, learning, and an environment where people truly make a difference, this opportunity may be for you. **Apply now and help us build this story together!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Solution Architecture Design:** * Lead end-to-end solution design for cost management, including cost center and profit center architecture, product costing models (CO-PC), profitability analysis (CO-PA), and cost allocation. * Develop and maintain architecture blueprints for the company’s value stream, ensuring cost traceability and accurate result calculation. * Ensure proposed solutions are scalable, secure, high-performing, and aligned with SAP best practices as well as accounting and managerial principles. **Technical and Strategic Leadership:** * Serve as the primary technical authority for the CO module and its integration with Financial Accounting (FI), guiding developers, consultants, and analysts. * Assess the impact of transitioning to S/4HANA Finance, defining the adoption strategy for Margin Analysis (Account-Based CO-PA), Material Ledger, and other innovations. * Collaborate with Controlling and Finance teams to understand their strategic goals (e.g., cost reduction, product-level margin analysis) and translate them into system requirements and architecture. **Governance and Standards:** * Define and enforce standards for creating controlling master data (cost centers, cost types, internal orders) and executing processes such as allocation cycles and result calculation. * Review and approve functional and technical specifications, ensuring integrity and consistency of managerial data. * Participate in the architecture committee to ensure alignment of Controlling solutions with corporate IT strategy. **Integration Management:** * Design and supervise native integration with Financial Accounting (FI) via the Universal Journal, ensuring a single source of truth. * Map and architect cost flow from all logistical and operational processes, including SD (billing), MM (material movement), PP (production orders), PM (maintenance orders), and PS (projects). **Quality Assurance (QA) and Technical Review:** * Act as a quality gate (Quality Gate) for projects impacting Controlling, reviewing and approving solutions prior to implementation. * Perform Quality Assurance (QA) on specifications, technical designs, and configurations, ensuring deliverables align with the reference architecture and SAP best practices. * Provide constructive feedback to project teams to correct deviations and ensure solution excellence and sustainability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Experience:** Minimum of 10 years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years in technical leadership, senior consulting, or architecture roles. * **Deep Functional Knowledge in CO:** * **CO-PC (Product Costing):** Expertise in planned and actual cost calculation, variance analysis, material costing (Material Ledger), and work-in-process (WIP) result calculation. * **CO-PA (Profitability Analysis):** Mastery of both Costing-Based and Account-Based (Margin Analysis) models, including characteristic structures, value fields, and derivations. * **CO-OM (Overhead Management):** Solid experience in Cost Center Accounting (CCA) and Internal Orders (IO), including planning, allocations, and settlement. * **PCA (Profit Center Accounting):** In-depth knowledge of profit center structuring and reporting. * **S/4HANA Experience:** Demonstrated participation in S/4HANA implementation or migration projects, with deep knowledge of the **Universal Journal (ACDOCA)**, FI-CO convergence, adoption of **Margin Analysis** as standard, and mandatory use and benefits of the **Material Ledger**. * **Integration Vision:** Proven ability to design solutions demonstrating integrated value flow between FI, CO, and logistical modules (SD, MM, PP). * **Communication Skills:** Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate complex technical and financial concepts to diverse audiences (from executives to analysts). **Desirable Qualifications (Differentiators):** * SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting certification. * Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting (FI), including New G/L. * Experience with planning tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for Planning or BPC. * Knowledge of SAP Central Finance (CFIN). * Fluent English. **Additional Information** * Competitive compensation based on experience; * Additional benefits including medical and dental insurance, and meal vouchers; * Opportunities for career growth and participation in strategic projects; * Dynamic and challenging work environment; * Opportunity to work with one of the leading companies in the market, currently undergoing rapid expansion.
